HOMECOMING GAME & TAILGATE PARTY UPDATE

All of the tickets have been purchased for the Friday night Homecoming game. If you are not sure if you RSVP'd for the game, just shoot me an email and I'll check. It appears that we have enough tickets for everyone that RSVP'd on the website, the off-line orders, and even a few kiddos. We have 90 football tix in all. If you did not RSVP for the game, tix can still be purchased at the gate.
We have a large section blocked off so we can all sit together. It is part of the lower section next to the hill where the team comes down the stairs. We are sitting right behind the 2015 Homecoming Court & escorts. Awww, guess they get to see what life has in store for them in the year 2045. If anyone needs any mobility assistance navigating Blankenship, please let me know so we can insure that accommodations are met.
The school asked if we could have a group picture taken at the game so it can be posted on the new ORHS Athletics website on the alumni page. How cool is that? Remember, if you can't be an athlete, you can still be an athletic supporter.
The tailgate starts up around 4PM so we can get things squared away & head up to Blankenship around 7:00PM to get situated before the 7:30 kickoff.

Tailgate is at the big white E-house on the corner of E. Tennessee Ave. & Georgia, Ave.--kitty corner from where that old 7/11 used to be & just down from Big Ed's. Where: Olde Towne Inn, 110 E. Tennessee Ave.
When: 4:00 pm Friday
Who: About 70 will be attending so far. About half local and half from out of town. (update ##approx 80 attending if all RSVPs attend)

T-shirts and game tix will be passed out at the tailgate!!! So if you RSVP'd for the game, I'll have the tix at the tailgate.

08/12/2015 UPDATE!
I just spoke to the ORHS athletic department about roping off a section for the Friday night Homecoming game. The Class of 1985 will be acknowledged over the PA system so wear your reunion T-shirt & show your WILDCAT PRIDE at the Homecoming game!!

Join us for the Friday night Homecoming game against Lenoir City on September 18, 2015 at Blankenship Field!
Our class will have a section for us to sit together and cheer for the Wildcats!
