Todd L. Lokey 48 of Albuquerque, New Mexico died December 13, 2014 in Denver, Colorado. Survived by his wife, Sharon. There was cremation and services to be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Robert Kelley Stout, Jr. 1967- 2013

 Robert "Kelley" Stout Jr., age 46, of Pigeon Forge, passed away Thursday, October 31, 2013.
He was born November 11, 1966 in Oak Ridge, the son of Robert Kelley Stout Sr., and Joyce Mae Adams Stout of Oak Ridge.
Kelley grew up in Calvary Baptist Church of Oak Ridge and was a member of Batley Baptist Church in Oliver Springs. He was a well-known entertainer and singer in the Pigeon Forge area, performing at Classic Country, Kickin' Country, Lumberjack Feud, Smoky Mountain Opry, Dixie Stampede and the Blackwood's Breakfast Show.
His contagious laughter and fun loving attitude was a pleasure to all who ever knew him. He loved his children and his family with all his heart. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting and riding his motorcycle.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by
son and daughter, Elijah Grey Stout and Emma Lea Stout and their mother, Lori French, all of Dunlap, TN; sisters, Gayle Jones and husband, Larry of Oak Ridge and Ginger Stout of Knoxville; nieces, Julie Jones Monday and husband John of Knoxville,
Allison Jones Morgan and husband Daniel of Oak Ridge and Geri Jones Hopper and husband Terry of Clinton; several great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins and a host of extended family. He is also survived by special friends, Suzette Nolan of Knoxville, Zena Yank and daughter Ashley of Pigeon Forge and many other friends, too numerous to mention.
The family will receive friends Sunday, November 3, 2013 from 1 – 3pm at Calvary Baptist Church. The funeral will follow at 3pm with the Rev. Dr. Steve McDonald and Rev. Luke Kidwell officiating. A graveside service will be held on Monday at 10am at Oak Ridge Memorial Park. The family asks that any memorials be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, PO Box 11772, Knoxville, TN 37939. Mark Eugene Myer 1967-2012

Mark Eugene Myer, 44, of Jacksonville, FL passed away on February 1, 2012 at the Earl B. Hadlow Center for Caring Hospice. Mark was born on September 27, 1967 in Oak Ridge, TN to Fred and Carmen (Durbin) Myer. Mark was a 1985 graduate of Oak Ridge High School, and he graduated with a degree in Architecture from the University of Tennessee in 1990. He worked as a Facilities Architect II with the Office of Facilities Engineering and Architectural Services at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. Mark then worked as a Project Manager/Staff Architect for Business Operations-Facilities at Nemours Children Health System in Jacksonville. FL. Mark was a member of the Jacksonville Life Church, and he enjoyed golfing, traveling, reading, and cooking. He was also an avid University of Tennessee football fan and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Mark is survived by his loving wife of 6 years, Molly Blair Myer. Additional survivors include his parents, Fred and Carmen (Durbin) Myer; his 3 sisters, Michelle (Myer) Ewart; Monica (Myer) Sautter and her husband Brian; and Melinda (Myer) Faraci and her husband John; his nieces and nephews, Shelby Mae and Carson Thomas Ewart, Noah Samuel and Gabe Emerson Sautter, Darby Elizabeth and Rylee Marie Faraci, & Sean and Conner Floriani; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tom and Linda Blair; his brother-in-in law, Scott Blair and his wife Shannon; and his sister-in-law Shelley Floriani and her husband Paul. Mark was preceded in death by his grandparents, Art and Mae Durbin, & June and George Myer; his niece, Mallory Blair Faraci; Molly's grandmothers Elizabeth Faraci and Thelma Blair. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 4th in the Jacksonville Life Church, 7818 Philips Hwy., Jacksonville, FL 32256. David Charles Osucha 1967-2011

David Charles Osucha, 44, of Paducah, Ky., formerly of Oak Ridge, passed away Thursday, Aug. 25, 2011, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, following a short illness.

He was born Feb. 8, 1967, in Cleveland, Ohio, and moved to Oak Ridge in 1977. He was an Eagle Scout and a 1985 graduate of Oak Ridge High School, where he was a member of the 1982 Oak Ridge High School state championship soccer team.
David graduated from Virginia Tech in 1990 with a degree in Chemical Engineering and, following graduation, attended Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, R.I. After receiving his commission, he served a three year tour of duty in the Nuclear Navy, Reactor Design Section, attaining the rank of lieutenant. He was an avid bridge player and was employed by Westlake Chemical in Calvert City, Ky., as an Instrument Engineer.
David was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother.
He is survived by his loving wife, Terri; and his four children, Nicole (Danilo) Lazarevic and grandson, Oliver, of St. Charles, Mo., Stephanie Osucha, John Osucha, and Noah Osucha, all of Paducah, Ky.
Also surviving are his parents, Hal and Judy Osucha of Oak Ridge; and three brothers, Peter (Shannon) Osucha and nieces, Sarah, Rachel, Mary and Rebecca of Knoxville, Mathew Osucha of Atlanta, Ga., and Andrew (Bess) Osucha and his nephew, Jake, and niece, Cate, of Alpharetta, Ga. Other survivors include his brother-in-law, Rich (Krisie) Williams and their children, Justin, Janae, Ethan, and Eli of Harlan, Iowa, as well as many caring aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services were held at 5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 28, at Roth Funeral Chapel in Paducah. Visitation was from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Noah Osucha Scholarship Fund, care of U.S. Bank, 333 Broadway, Paducah, KY 42001.
